Kevin O’Brien, a seasoned bartender with a sharp eye for service, realized that the mess and inefficiency of traditional garnish trays were more than just a nuisance—they were a problem waiting for a solution. From that moment, the idea was born.
What followed was a decades-long journey of persistence. Between shifts, Kevin began sketching concepts, experimenting with materials, and building prototypes by hand. He wasn’t just solving a bartender’s problem—he was solving his own. And that authenticity is built into every Frescolive unit.
